Washington, his wife, hereinafter called plaintiffs, against Arizona Livestock Company, a corporation, hereinafter called defendant, for damages on account of injuries it is alleged Mrs. Washington received as a result of the negligence of the defendant. Judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs for $12,500, and after the usual motion for new trial was overruled, this appeal was taken.
